What are your trade and payment terms?
We accept EXW, FOB, CNF, and CIF. Our payment terms are a 30% deposit before production and the 70% balance against a copy of B/L, or 100% irrevocable LC at sight.
Do you provide OEM/ODM and sample services?
Yes, we provide both OEM and ODM services. We also offer sample services for both ready-made and customized designs, with a sample lead time of approximately 7 to 15 days.
What is the MOQ and delivery time for orders?
The MOQ for OEM/ODM products is 1,000 pieces per item. The standard delivery time ranges between 50 to 90 days depending on the order specifics.
Are your materials environmentally friendly?
Absolutely. Our materials are non-toxic, and we use water-based lacquer. FSC certified material is also available upon request.
What quality certifications does your factory hold?
Our factory is certified with BSCI, SMETA, CQC, ISO, and other international standards. Our products comply with global regulations such as EU, ASTM, ASNZS, and SOR.
How do you guarantee product quality and legal rights?
We sign NDAs to protect your legal rights. We guarantee that products are qualified upon receipt; if any issues arise, contact us with photos and batch codes for a quick resolution.
