The general payment term is 30% wire transfer in advance with the balance paid against the copy of B/L. For long-term partners, we offer flexible and improved payment terms.

We generally accept 300 pieces per size/color for shelf series. Trial orders of 100 pieces are also supported to help customers test the market.

3. How long is the standard lead time?

A 40'GP container typically takes 45 days. Our multiple production lines allow for elastic scheduling to assist with urgent customer needs.

4. Can I request product samples?

Sample lead time is about 7 days. While we charge for new samples, the cost is refunded upon a formal order meeting the MOQ. Free samples are available for stock items.
