We offer samples before bulk orders. For simple glass candles, it takes about 3 days. Printed packaging items take 7-14 working days. Basic samples are often free (express cost collect), while OEM sample costs are refundable upon order.
The MOQ usually depends on the item. Generally, it is 1,000 units for standard glass jar candles or reed diffuser sets. Items with specialized lids or decorations may require higher quantities.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance against copy of B/L) and 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight for orders exceeding US$20,000.
Bulk orders are usually shipped by ocean through Qingdao port. For small volumes or urgent requirements, airway shipment is also available.
