Our MOQ is very flexible: 1 piece for handmade oil paintings, 5 pieces for canvas prints, and 100 pieces for solid wood frames.
Q3: Are samples available before placing a bulk order?
Yes, samples can be provided to test quality. While the product cost for the sample may be free, the freight charges are typically covered by the buyer.
Q4: What happens if my painting is damaged during shipping?
In the rare event of damage, please refuse the delivery. We will handle the insurance claim and paint a brand new replacement for you free of charge within 10 days.
Q5: What is the largest size I can order?
We can accommodate almost any size. Our capability extends up to 3 meters in height and 100 meters in length for large-scale projects.
Q6: How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on quantity: 1-100 pcs within 15 days, 100-500 pcs within 30 days, and larger orders up to 1000 pcs within 50 days.
