Our MOQ is 2000pcs for normal sized products per design.
Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Yes. If we have stock samples, we provide them for free. For custom logos or re-made samples, a sample charge applies. Shipping fees are covered by the customer.
Can I customize the product with my company logo?
Absolutely. We offer OEM & ODM services, including logo printing on the product or the packaging box.
What are your payment terms for bulk orders?
Our standard terms are a 40% deposit via T/T or L/C, with the remaining balance payable before shipping.
How long does the production process take?
Production usually takes 35-55 days depending on the order quantity and design complexity.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We can ship by sea from Xiamen port or via express services like DHL, UPS, and Fedex.
